   Tule Lake Today
The camp has changed very much since it was used to wrongfully hold Japanese Americans prisoners. It has now became a monument seen by many. Now it is seen by visitors instead of prisoners. It is a grim reminder of what happened at Tule Lake.

The Redress
After the war the Japanese Americans spoke out to the goverment to give them a redress. They eventually got their redress of ,000 and a written apology for every internee. This over all was a 30 million dollar redress about /home/free/cgi-bin/util/sitebuilder.10 for every $1.00 the Japanese Americans lost.
